Womb Hara Massage

ELANORA, GOLD COAST

Womb Hara Massage is a healing treatment that combines gentle abdominal massage with energy healing. This modality centres around the abdomen and lower back; including the womb, ovaries, digestive system, diaphragm, sacrum and coccyx.

It is based on a combination of ancient Chinese Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, Fertility Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Mayan abdominal massage techniques.

Abdominal massage gently releases tension, supports digestion and detoxification, increases circulation and helps to align the abdominal organs in their optimal positions. It supports with menstrual health, hormonal balance and fertility.

Womb Hara Massage also nourishes the nervous system, supports deeper breathing and promotes a parasympathetic healing state. Most people describe the experience as deeply relaxing and restorative.

Energy healing and shamanic womb journeying are woven into the session to support your emotional and energetic wellbeing. Guided by your specific intentions, this can include clearing stored emotions or memories, ancestral healing, conscious conception, tending to creative ideas, releasing old patterns or energies, healing from birth trauma or miscarriage, receiving guidance from your womb etc.

Each session includes a consultation and aftercare advice, and will be tailored to your individual needs.
